Sufra

Every table, ticket, and shift. One operating system.

Sufra connects your guest menu, floor team, kitchen, checkout, and daily revenue without changing how your restaurant serves.

01 / Service workflow

One order. Four connected workspaces.

Each person sees only what they need. Sufra carries the order through service and keeps the business day accurate.

03 / Operating capabilities

Secure table sessions

Each open table receives a protected session token, preventing remote or duplicate orders outside the venue.

Session-bound ordering

Bilingual by default

Guests and staff switch between English and Georgian without duplicating menus or workflows.

05 / Common questions

Clear before you commit.

01Does Sufra take guest payments?

No. Sufra calculates the table bill and coordinates service. Your venue keeps its existing cash or card process.

02What does the ₾500 setup include?

Venue configuration, menu import, table QR codes, staff access, onboarding for the owner/floor/kitchen teams, and Supabase project setup under your restaurant’s name.

03What does the ₾215 subscription include?

Your first month is free. After that, ₾215/month covers Sufra, your Supabase setup and monitoring, and the database hosting plan under your name. Cancel before the next billing period.

04How does the 7-day guarantee work?

If Sufra is not right for your venue, cancel within seven days of setup and we will refund the full ₾500 setup fee.

05Do we need special hardware?

No. Guests use their phones; staff can use existing phones, tablets, laptops, or kitchen displays.

06Is each restaurant's data separate?

Yes. Your database is set up under your name, venue data is tenant-isolated, and table ordering is restricted to active secure sessions.
